AT WATCHANNEX.

We receive the information people choose to provide through watch requests, valuations, owner-sale submissions, My Annex, dealer applications, inventory tools and direct communications. This can include contact details, watch preferences, ownership details, photographs, business information and transaction-related communications.

Information is used to operate WatchAnnex, maintain private OWN and WANT records, prepare informational valuations, connect consumers with eligible professional dealers, review dealer businesses and inventory, support users, prevent misuse and improve the service.

My Annex records, owner submissions and watch requests are private by default. WatchAnnex limits dealer access according to the relevant request and dealer eligibility. Consumer and dealer contact details are made available only after an accepted connection or another clear authorization.

Owner-submitted photographs are treated as private request material. They are shown only where needed to support the relevant valuation, owner-sale review or eligible dealer opportunity. Dealer inventory photographs may be published when the related listing is approved and made live.

WatchAnnex may use service providers that support hosting, storage, communications, security and site operations. Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect the service or address suspected fraud or misuse.

When you select a compensated merchant link, WatchAnnex may record the merchant, product label, page placement, destination host and time of the click. This limited event data helps measure the usefulness of recommendations. WatchAnnex does not collect the merchant's checkout details or your payment information through this process.

WatchAnnex uses Google Analytics to understand visits, page use, traffic sources and interactions with the site. Google may process device, browser, approximate location and interaction information for this purpose. WatchAnnex uses these insights to improve the site and measure which content and services are useful.

WatchAnnex treats watch ownership, market intent and professional dealer information as sensitive. Records are retained for operational, security, recordkeeping and legal needs, then removed or de-identified when they are no longer reasonably needed.

You may choose not to submit an optional field. You may also contact WatchAnnex to ask about your information, request a correction or request deletion, subject to records that must be retained for legitimate operational or legal reasons.
