USE.

WatchAnnex organizes watch information and helps consumers and professional dealers discover and connect with one another. WatchAnnex does not own dealer inventory, purchase owner watches, warehouse watches or act as the seller in the underlying transaction.

Any watch transaction is completed directly between the consumer and professional dealer. The parties are responsible for agreeing on price, inspection, authentication, condition, payment, taxes, shipping, insurance, delivery, returns and any dealer-specific terms.

A WatchAnnex dealer designation means the professional business was reviewed under WatchAnnex dealer standards. It is not a guarantee of a particular watch, transaction or future conduct, and it does not replace the buyer’s own diligence.

Value My Watch provides informational market context based on the information available at the time. It is not a formal appraisal, guarantee of value or offer to buy, and actual transaction prices may differ.

Submitting a watch request, valuation request or owner-sale submission does not require a purchase or sale. WatchAnnex may limit, pause or close a request when information is incomplete, the request expires or continued routing would conflict with platform safeguards.

Dealer access is governed by the selected plan and the terms shown when that plan is activated. Free-plan success fees apply only to qualifying accepted WatchAnnex connections; Pro and Elite begin with the pricing and benefits presented on the Dealer Plans page, subject to the final dealer agreement.

WatchAnnex does not facilitate consumer-to-consumer watch sales in V2.1. Owner watches are shared privately only with eligible professional dealers.

Users must provide accurate information, respect privacy and identity protections, use only content they are entitled to submit and not interfere with the service or attempt to bypass its access, routing or connection safeguards.

WatchAnnex may correct information, improve features, change availability or suspend access when reasonably necessary to operate and protect the service. Material commercial terms will be presented before they apply to a user or dealer.
